The United States Congress established the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation in 1992. Since then the NFFF has led a nationwide effort to remember America’s fallen firefighters. The tax-exempt, nonprofit Foundation has developed and expanded programs to honor our fallen fire heroes and assist their families and coworkers. NFFF programs include support for fire service survivors, scholarships for survivors’ children, line of duty death and injury prevention, creation of a national memorial park, and much more. We invite you to learn more about NFFF programs by visiting the Fire Hero website.
